02 Editorial accuracy

The content published on the Website, including descriptions, articles, journals, dimensions, weights, gemstone specifications and provenance notes, is provided in good faith and is the result of careful editorial work. Despite this, occasional inaccuracies, typographical errors or omissions may occur.

Donzella does not warrant that all information is complete, current or free from error, and reserves the right to amend any content at any time without prior notice. The information published on this Website does not constitute a contractual offer; the binding details of any purchase are those confirmed by Donzella at order acceptance.

03 Artisanal nature of our creations

Each Donzella creation is individually crafted by hand in Italy. As a consequence of this artisanal process, every piece presents unique characteristics:

• Minor variations in finish, polish, patina and metalwork between pieces of the same model;
• Natural variations in colour, inclusions, optical properties and saturation of gemstones and pearls, each stone being a unique element of nature;
• Differences in grain, tone and texture of leathers, woods and other organic materials;
• Slight tolerances in dimensions and weight within the customary range of fine jewellery.

These variations are not defects. They are the signature of authentic craftsmanship and are an essential part of the value of each creation.

04 Photography and visual representation

The photographs, renderings, videos and digital reconstructions published on the Website are illustrative and intended to convey the spirit of each creation. Despite our best efforts in colour management and image fidelity, the appearance of the actual piece may differ from its on-screen reproduction due to monitor calibration, ambient lighting and the optical properties of natural materials.

Where a photograph depicts a specific gemstone, its colour, inclusions or scintillation may not be perfectly reproduced. For commissions and UNICA pieces, certified images and direct viewing arrangements are made available upon request.

05 Prices and availability

All prices are expressed in Euro (€), include VAT where applicable and are subject to change without prior notice in response to fluctuations in the precious metal and gemstone markets, currency variations, or editorial adjustments. The price applicable to your purchase is the one confirmed at the time of order acceptance.

Availability of any creation is not guaranteed. Stocks of finished pieces, materials and selected gemstones are limited by their very nature. Donzella reserves the right to withdraw or modify any creation at any time.

Information published on this Website, including editorial content, gemmological notes, market commentary and articles on craftsmanship or collecting, is provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. It does not constitute, and must not be relied upon as:

• Investment, financial or appraisal advice. The acquisition of fine jewellery may carry intrinsic value and historical appreciation, but it is not a regulated financial instrument and any decision to purchase a Donzella creation for collecting or investment purposes is taken at the sole discretion and risk of the client;
