Our Trade-In service allows you to return any Donzella creation previously purchased and receive a dedicated credit to choose a different jewel — even one of lesser value. It is not a transaction. It is a continuation of your relationship with the Maison.
( Perfumes are excluded from the Trade-In service. )

The process
How it works.
Submit your request
Start by completing the online trade-in form. Specify the model, the version you purchased, and the jewel's current condition. Include high-resolution, well-lit photos — ideally in natural light — with close-ups of any visible wear, scratches, or discoloration.
Evaluation & approval
Our team carefully assesses your request. If the jewel meets the eligibility requirements, you'll receive a confirmation and a personalised credit proposal within a few business days.
Free pickup by courier
Once approved, Donzella arranges a complimentary pickup via insured and tracked courier — at no cost to you.
Inspection & credit activation
Upon arrival at our atelier, the jewel undergoes a thorough physical inspection. If no discrepancies are found, the agreed credit is issued and ready for your next Donzella creation.
Eligibility
Key requirements.
To be eligible for trade-in, your jewel must:
Original Donzella
The piece must be an authentic Donzella creation — verified through our internal registry.
Structurally intact
No breaks, fractures, or unauthorised modifications of any kind.
Complete components
Donzella packaging, certificate of authenticity, maintenance card, warranty, and proof of purchase — all included.
Ineligible modifications
Re-galvanisation, polishing or chemical surface treatments, replacement of original components (chain, pendant, clasp, tag), removal or substitution of stones — any of these will render the jewel ineligible for trade-in.
Verification
Authenticity &
traceability.
Donzella jewels are made to be recognised. Every detail is measurable.
We employ high-precision instruments to detect discrepancies in surface treatments and verify originality.
All components are structurally marked and identifiable through our internal records.
Optical microscopes allow us to analyse the colour and structure of each stone.
If altered by any party other than Donzella, the jewel loses all associated certification and value.
Shipping
Logistics &
returns.
Pickup is always free once your request has been approved.
However, if you change your mind after the jewel has been collected, or if we identify significant discrepancies between your submission and the item received — return shipping will be at your expense. Our team will always notify you clearly and respectfully.
