Donzella is a Maison of fine craftsmanship. Every creation is conceived and produced in Italy through artisanal methods that reflect exclusivity, rarity, and precision.

2. Binding agreement

By browsing, purchasing, or otherwise interacting with this website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. In some cases, additional agreements may apply to specific products or services; if such agreements conflict with these Terms, the provisions of those additional agreements shall prevail.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is strictly prohibited to use this site to distribute malware, engage in data mining, or perform any activity that could compromise its performance, availability, or integrity.

8. Return, Refund and Withdrawal Policy

8.1 General provisions

Donzella creations are not mass-produced. Each piece is individually crafted upon order. Consequently, return and withdrawal rights vary depending on the nature of the product.

8.2 Made-to-order creations (solid gold jewelry and UNICA pieces)

All Donzella creations in solid gold — including those belonging to the UNICA program — are made to order according to the materials, gemstones, and dimensions chosen by the client.

For this reason, and pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun.

Each piece is unique — conceived and crafted exclusively for its owner. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted after production starts.

8.3 Perfumes and sealed olfactory creations

Donzella perfumes and olfactory creations are returnable only if unopened and sealed. Once the protective film or security seal has been removed or tampered with, returns or refunds will not be accepted for hygienic and regulatory reasons.

8.4 Leather goods and accessories

Small leather goods may be returned within 14 days from delivery, provided they have not been used, worn, or personalized. Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, complete with tags, dust bags, certificates, and accessories.

8.5 Return authorization

Any return must be previously authorized by Donzella. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once approved, returns must be shipped according to the instructions provided by the Maison. The cost of return shipping is borne by the client unless otherwise stated in writing by Donzella.

8.6 Free and promotional items

Complimentary or promotional items (including gifts and special edition packaging) are not eligible for returns or refunds. Any issues or damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery; these will be handled at Donzella’s discretion.

8.7 Refund processing

In cases where returns are accepted, refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase, within 14 days from approval of the return. Refunds will include only the product value; shipping costs remain non-refundable.

8.8 Shipping costs

Shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties are non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by law or expressly approved in writing by Donzella.

8.9 Product condition

Returned products must be intact, complete, and free of wear or alteration. Products returned without original packaging, tags, or certificates will not be eligible for reimbursement.

8.10 Legal exceptions

In addition to the above, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom or personalized goods;
• Sealed products opened after delivery;
• Goods damaged or altered after receipt.

9. Warranties and limitations

All Donzella creations are inspected and certified before delivery. Given the artisanal nature of each piece, minor variations in finish or tone are considered intrinsic characteristics, not defects.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Donzella shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use, delay, or impossibility of use of any product or service.

10. Privacy and data protection

Donzella handles personal data with discretion and integrity. We do not sell, share, or disclose customer information except as necessary to complete transactions or comply with legal obligations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for full details.

11. Force majeure

Donzella shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, or interruptions in transport or communication.

12. Indemnification
