1. Shipping

Below are the tables with destinations, shipping options, costs and delivery times.
Each order requires its own preparation time, which can vary from 2 to 8 working days.
This estimate refers to the type of object and its complexity, sometimes it could take longer in exceptional cases.

The delivery time is calculated from the moment the item is shipped, following its preparation.
Once shipped, you will receive a summary of the order and its progress by e-mail.

2. Orders

The item

Donzella products are unique and finished by hand, for this reason there are preparation times, as we want to deliver the object prepared at the time of the order.

Once the preparation of the order is finished, if you have consented during checkout, we will send you a video of your item, so that you can preview what you will receive.

The packaging

Donzella is keen to impress its customers, in fact each item is placed inside a case created specifically for that object.
Inside the packaging you will find the case, the product, the guarantee seal (only in higher value products) and the sales certificate.
The packaging is a fundamental aspect of the order, in fact in case of withdrawal, if a detail of the packaging is missing, we will be forced to refuse this request, find out more on Terms and Conditions.

Order cancellation or modification

For technical and manufacturing reasons, the order cannot be modified once it has been confirmed.

However, the order can be canceled within 14 days of receipt of the same, find out more on Terms and Conditions.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking number.
If you have registered on our website, you can find it in the order details.
Alternatively, if you have not registered on our website, you can enter your order number and email address within the Order Tracking page and you will be able to see the details of your order.

3. Return

Any item purchased on the Donzella Online Store can be returned free of charge. 

You can return the item free of charge within 14 days.
Items must be returned new, unused and with all tags and labels attached.
Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will be refused and returned to the customer.

Where the goods came with branded packaging, certificates of authenticity, dust bags or leather tags, these must also be included in the return. In order to remain adequately protected in transit, the items must be sent in their original packaging.

Returns that do not comply with these rules will not be accepted.

Return procedure

The return procedure is as follows:

1) Fill in the form you find in this link.
2) We will reply within a maximum limit of 3 working days (subject to our Terms and Conditions) with the procedure for delivery to the courier.

In case you can proceed with the return, we kindly ask you to rearrange all the elements contained in the package, seal it and affix the return label that you find inside the package. (If there is no return label, send an email to [email protected])

Once we have received the item, returned by you, we will carry out the checks to certify the validity of the return, which normally take 3 working days.

You will receive the refund, if the return is valid, within 10 working days.
