01 Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason, in exercise of the right of withdrawal under Articles 52 to 58 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
Fragrances can be returned only with the protective film fully intact. Solid gold creations are crafted to order: they can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, after which this right does not apply, as set out in section 8 of our Terms & Conditions. Those Terms remain the full and binding statement of your rights: this page exists to make exercising them straightforward, not to replace them.
02 How to exercise it
Write to [email protected] with an unequivocal statement of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model form below, but you are not obliged to: any clear declaration made within the period is valid.
Every return must be authorised by Donzella in advance. Return shipping is at your expense. Once the creation reaches our atelier and the verification checks are complete, the refund is issued using the same payment method used at purchase.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14 day period has expired.
