In Übereinstimmung mit dem italienischen Gesetzesdekret Nr. 251 vom 22. Mai 1999 und der Durchführungsverordnung D.P.R. 150/2002 über Edelmetallgegenstände trägt jede massive Goldkreation von Donzella das eingetragene Identifikationszeichen, das von der Handelskammer Mailand Monza Brianza Lodi ausgestellt wurde, zusammen mit dem gesetzlichen Feingehaltsstempel, der den Reinheitsgrad des Metalls angibt (z. B. 750 für 18-karätiges Gold).

Das Identifikationszeichen ermöglicht es, jede Kreation von Donzella ihrem Schöpfer zuzuordnen. Es ist neben dem Feingehaltsstempel an einer dezenten, unauffälligen Stelle des Schmuckstücks eingraviert.

Donzella di Thomas Donzella operates in accordance with all licences, authorisations and registrations required for the artisanal production and online sale of fine jewellery and ancillary luxury goods under Italian and European Union law, including obligations relating to:

• Anti-money laundering and customer due diligence (Italian Legislative Decree 231/2007 and subsequent amendments);
• Trade in precious metals and gemstones, including conformity with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme for rough diamonds where applicable;
• Italian Chamber of Commerce registration for the artisanal goldsmith activity;
• Tax, customs and consumer protection obligations applicable to online distance selling within the European Union.

07 Applicable codes and supervisory authorities

The professional activity of Donzella di Thomas Donzella is subject to the general regulations of the Italian Civil Code, the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) as amended in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and the legislation governing electronic commerce, precious metal goods and customer due diligence.
